Moia is deffinetly the most memorable out of all the characters. Simply because she had the most issues. Also she was the one who attracted a lot of attention. She is the most memorable to me because she touched my heart the most and in the end she killed herself. when she had a lot to love for. she was so young. She seemed like a nice girl. If it wasn't for that trauma she went through she would've been a normal girl. Would've lived a beautiful life style. That why she is the most memorable to me.

Moia is definataly a major character because of her major problems. To me she is a messed up genius. Despite the fact she is nuts she can teach us many things. The first thing she can tell us is talk. The second thing she can tell us id defend ourselves. The things that Moia does is a pure cry for help. She had a lot to tell us. Why didnt any one listen. It wasn't until her death when someone listened.
She needed our help and no one listened.

Maggie Kealey, mother of Moia, is the most memorable character to me in the book even though she doesn't show up many times. I like her because she is the most courageous woman who always loves her family the most. She always pays attention and tries to take care of her child. She is very sad and helpless before the sudden death of Moia, but she knows that she can't collapse in this time because she is the only one who can support for her family and help them grieve over the death of Moia. I think Mr. Gail has put a lot of thoughts behind the words Maggie spoke and her behavior throughout the book. He wants people to understand the feelings of a mother for her dear daughter and the pain she has to go through after the full tragic death of Moia. The scene that really stands out in my mind is when Maggie knows that her husband has betrayed her and been dating with his secretary, Jane. I feel so sorry for Maggie because she has had a big shock about the death of her daughter and then her beloved husband has cheated on her with another woman. But it’s remarkable, Maggie does not feel anguish but peaceful. It is not a sense of loss but a sense of hope before the decision to divorce with her husband because she understands that she can't keep the thing that doesn't belong to her anymore. And now what she concerns most is her children. I so admire her because of that and she is the best woman I have ever known.

The most memorable character to me is Grace. She is the most memorable character to me because i like the way she helped her mother out in the the time of need. I also said this because i would do something like this if my mother was in the time of need. The scene that stands out in my mind is when the family found out that Moia was dead. This scene stands out because it was so shocking to me even though i knew she was going through something but i just still couldnt believe it and in my head i could picture the looks on everyone faces and how they felt.
